Confirmed catch-rate: 0% (caught ÷ surfaced — the conservative floor; pending loops aren't counted either way)
Honest read: a Dismiss is ambiguous — it can mean “that wasn't a real loop, stop chasing it” (noise I should cut) OR “I've handled it, don't need the reminder” (a quiet catch). I don't count it as either; I just show it. If the dismiss pile grows large relative to catches, that's the signal the detector is too noisy — the next refinement would be to ask why on dismiss.
