The tacit stuff no record holds — "the yard foreman at MB92 is difficult, go through Marco"; "the port fin makes a noise at low speed, Naiad says normal." A note stays private to you and never enters the vessel-shared library. When you hand one over it becomes theirs — it moves to the incoming captain and no longer shows for you (hand it back if that was a mistake).
The Naiad Fort Lauderdale rep is Dave — he actually calls back. Go through him, not the online form, for the stabilizer seal kit.
No.2 watermaker high-pressure pump is fussy on start-up — bring the pressure up slowly or it trips the salinity alarm. Not a fault, just its temperament.
The port passerelle ram weeps a touch in the heat; it's on the watch list, not urgent. Marco at the yard knows its history if it worsens.
Guest in the owner's party is particular about cabin temperature — keep guest cabin 4 a degree cooler than the rest.
