Safe refuelling of the Williams and Novurania tenders.

Tender secured alongside or on the passerelle, engine OFF
No smoking; extinguisher to hand; bilge blower run before and after
Earth the nozzle to the filler; fill slowly, never to the brim
Wipe any spill; run the blower 4 min before starting
Log litres taken + date here in the Ship's Log
