Yards

Captain-only. The closed yard list Ask uses for period metadata. Stamp binds a library book's yard / period columns so named-yard Ask can see it — no drafts, no Extract. Extract drafts is separate: it creates Review drafts from a period book. Nothing becomes memory until you approve. Pilot one Extract book for lab, then stop for sign-off. Do not batch yet.

Updates the library object only. Named-yard Ask reads yard on the doc. This does not Extract and does not create Review drafts.
